Hission Global was founded in 2019 to do one thing well: connect ambitious global companies with the technology, talent and AI data infrastructure that lives in Asia-Pacific. Six years in, that mission has expanded — but the way we work hasn't changed.
From a recruiting practice to a four-discipline partner.
We started in 2019 as a senior recruiting boutique — placing GMs and VPs for global tech companies setting up shop in Singapore and Greater China. Our clients quickly asked for more: a payroll partner for the team they had just hired, an engineering pod to ship the product roadmap, an annotation team to train the model, a CHRO to wrap policy around it all.
Rather than refer them out, we built the muscles in-house. Today Hission Global runs four practices — technology outsourcing, AI data, HR consulting and HR outsourcing, and executive search — under a single Singapore program leader for every client. One contract, one accountable partner, four disciplines that talk to each other.
We are deliberately mid-sized. Big enough to staff a 30-person engineering pod or a 100-person annotation program. Small enough that the same partner who sold the work is checking the work in week 30.

Every engagement has a Singapore-based program lead with 10+ years of regional experience. The same person you meet in the pitch shows up in week 30.
Transparent by default
Live dashboards, monthly steering, and no-charge change orders for anything that wasn't in the original brief. We'd rather lose a deal than oversell.
Built for cross-border
Most of our team has worked across at least two of the US, Greater China, Japan, Korea and SEA. Cross-border friction isn't a project risk — it's our operating environment.
